However, when moving the mouse cursor to another territory, the previously hovered region remains highlighted instead of returning to its default state. As a result, multiple regions stay highlighted simultaneously even though the user only hovered over them briefly and did not intend to select or interact with them. This behavior is confusing because the blue color visually implies that the region has been selected or activated, which is typically associated with interactions such as cross-filtering or drilling into data. ## Design input No specific design proposal.
