   <!-- Bito Reply -->
   Your explanation aligns with the PR's intent. The embed-demo.html file is a
local testing artifact, and excluding it from RAT license checks follows the
same logic as excluding other non-source files like *.json or *.csv that don't
require ASF headers.

Review Comment:
   <!-- Bito Reply -->
   Yes, the suggestion is valid — it catches KeyValueParseKeyError in
_get_permalink_value and returns None, causing the get() method to raise
EmbeddedChartPermalinkNotFoundError for invalid keys, returning a 404 instead
of 500. This improves semantic correctness for malformed permalinks without
affecting other error handling.

   **superset/embedded_chart/api.py**
   ```
   try:
           key = decode_permalink_id(permalink_key, salt=salt)
       except KeyValueParseKeyError:
           return None
       return KeyValueDAO.get_value(
           KeyValueResource.EXPLORE_PERMALINK,
           key,
           codec,
       )
   ```
