   I am not sure the issue is completely fixed. We now get intervals that go 
negative (yay!)

   but if the central estimate crosses 0, they are gone:

   The data is exactly the same, just lowered by 5 until it crosses.
   
   Making it all negative changes the colours! (dots go from green to blue, 
line vice versa).

   Prophet has no issue with this.
