Heads up for reviewers: This PR bumps the upper bound to allow marshmallow
4.x. However, issue #33162 ("Make Superset compatible with marshmallow>=4.0.0")
is still **open**, which documents that marshmallow 4.x causes Superset to fail
on fresh install. There is also a pending compatibility PR #35920 that hasn't
merged yet.
CI passes here because the test matrix exercises marshmallow 4.3.0
successfully, suggesting partial compatibility — but the issue should be
verified as resolved before merging this. The marshmallow maintainer noted
(2026-04-01 in #33162) that Flask-AppBuilder compatibility work is pending.
Please verify issue #33162 is actually resolved before merging, or reference
#35920's status.
