Same root cause as #34058: bootstrap payload sent 'zh' instead of 'zh_TW'. Fixed by PR #34565 (merged Apr 2026) which preserves region-specific locales when configured in LANGUAGES; zh_TW/zh-TW cases are explicitly unit-tested in tests/unit_tests/views/test_base.py. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
