## Vision Make the first exchange feel like meeting a capable collaborator: start with the person, ask one plain question at a time, then get close to their real work. When approved access to a private source would unlock materially better help, recommend the single highest-leverage connection, use its live context for a concrete result, and offer one natural way to repeat or share that value. ## What changed - Recast `BOOTSTRAP.md` as the single owner of the first-run conversation, centered on one user-focused opening question. - Made discovering where the work lives—and offering one outcome-led connection—a first-session priority rather than a passive response to explicit integration requests. - Required a useful action from live context after connection; successful authentication alone is not an outcome. - Added a post-value continuity step: offer one relevant recurrence, contact channel, or sharing path without turning onboarding into a setup checklist. - Defined recurrence around an agreed deliverable, data scope, cadence, destination, and easy way to change or stop it; schedules require approval and use Agor's scheduler. - Reduced `BOOT.md` to quiet context loading and tightened `AGENTS.md` around durable priorities, execution, and safety. - Updated connector/gateway skill triggers, scheduling guidance, `USER.md`, and README language to match.
