Review Comment:
   This one's inherent to scanning rendered HTML with no cell metadata, there's 
no way to know from the DOM which column is a date dimension vs a text label 
that happens to look like one. I kept the check conservative (exact ISO shape 
only) specifically to keep false positives rare, and leaving it as text 
reintroduces the bug this PR is fixing for actual date columns. Open to a 
better signal if there is one, but I don't see one available at this layer.

Review Comment:
   Same tradeoff as the date thread above, no way to tell a numeric dimension 
label from a metric without column metadata this function doesn't have. The 
round-trip check (`String(value) === cell.v`) already excludes anything with 
padding or grouping, so it's really only plain integers/decimals like `42` that 
flip to numeric. That's a cosmetic difference in Excel, not data corruption, so 
I'd rather keep the fix than special-case it away.
