Superseded — master already carries this fix. #42283 added
`@freeze_time("2026-08-05 12:00:00")` to `test_sub_day_last_normalizes`, which
pins the clock for the same reason this PR did, so the flake is already
resolved on master. Closing rather than carrying a comment-only diff.
