Follow-up audit completed in `559fc1f34d`. I strengthened the regression so it exercises the actual Big Number mapping path end-to-end: a dataset with no `main_dttm_col` maps its first temporal column (`order_date`), verifies that generated provenance is present, remaps with explicit `created_at`, runs the preview filter merge, and verifies only `created_at` remains. I also removed the unrelated `granularity_sqla` field from the XY merge test per the latest review suggestion.
