CI note: the current `test-postgres-hive` failure occurred before setup or tests. Docker could not start the namenode because runner port 50070 was already in use (`failed to bind host port 0.0.0.0:50070/tcp`). I attempted to rerun the failed job, but GitHub only permits repository admins to rerun this upstream workflow; this needs a maintainer rerun. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
