Review Comment:
   Good catch, fixed. `GetExploreCommand` was calling 
`raise_for_access(datasource=...)` directly for a query datasource, which never 
checks authorship at all. Routed it through 
`query=`/`allow_query_authorship_bypass` like `check_query_access` already 
does, with a regression test.
