No objection here, go for it. The --add-comments PR stands on its own merit 
regardless of where the glossary conversation lands, and splitting it out means 
we get something checkable into the pipeline right away instead of waiting on 
the bigger format debate. The narrowing you described (machine-checkable bits 
next to the catalogs, prose on the docs site) addresses my worry directly.
