@rusackas The page-context issue you called out is now addressed in this branch, not only in a linked draft: `41b0ac8a83` imports the focused #44717 patch. Five tests reproduce the missing framing on the old code, including size limits that could cut the closing marker. The imported head passes 722 AI tests and all 113 PR-file hooks; the original tool-truncation change is untouched. Could you recheck that specific blocker when you have a chance? I am keeping the other open findings and SIP hold in place. I also checked the red CI logs rather than equating local checks with a mergeable PR: two migration heads break setup, the translation template is stale, and CI's newer formatter changes `setupApp.ts`.
