Review Comment:
   This store keeps the 300-second default instead of
`SEMANTIC_LAYER_METADATA_SNAPSHOT_TTL_SECONDS`, which `connection_store()` in
`metadata_binding.py` passes. With the setting at 10s, an explicit refresh
publishes a catalog that stays valid for about 300s, and
`invalidate_compatibility()` installs a 300s generation, so later chart reads
keep reusing that token and its cached results well past the configured
freshness bound. Should this pass the configured TTL as well, with a test
through the real factory that checks the published expiry?

   ```suggestion
           deadline=deadline,
           snapshot_ttl_seconds=current_app.config[
               "SEMANTIC_LAYER_METADATA_SNAPSHOT_TTL_SECONDS"
           ],
   ```
