### SUMMARY Add test coverage for existing semantic-layer list scoping. The list, detail and connections endpoints should agree on which layers a non-admin user with a layer grant can access. The tests cover a single layer grant, no grants, full datasource access, layers without a permission name, and real role-based grants. The scoped query is also compile-checked for SQLite, PostgreSQL and MySQL, including an empty grant set. No production behavior changes. ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF Not applicable: tests only, no UI change. ### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS Run `python -m pytest tests/unit_tests/semantic_layers/layer_list_scope_test.py -q`. All 13 tests pass. Temporarily removing the DAO list filter produces 10 failures; restoring it returns all 13 to passing. Changed-file pre-commit hooks pass. SQLite execution is covered; PostgreSQL and MySQL are compilation checks only. ### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - [ ] Has associated issue: - [ ] Required feature flags: - [ ] Changes UI - [ ] Includes DB Migration - [ ] Introduces new feature or API - [ ] Removes existing feature or API The route tests enable the existing `SEMANTIC_LAYERS` flag in their fixture.
