Codex follow-up to [Amin’s approval note](https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/45110#pullrequestreview-5496935665): clarified this in the developer error contract and UPDATING.md in [d386f2b5a2](https://github.com/apache/superset/commit/d386f2b5a2ef560b654c9c686ef6b26e91f322aa). The text explicitly says that provider-raised `SupersetTimeoutException` (formerly 408), `SupersetGenericDBErrorException` and `SupersetTemplateParamsErrorException` (formerly 400) become generic HTTP 500s during semantic chart-query execution. Worker control timeouts and host input-validation errors retain their existing handling. This is documentation only. All 42 focused checks passed, including direct probes of the three named exceptions, and changed-file hooks passed. The pushed commit is verified MERGEABLE.
