   It would be great to add the following options to sort Bar Chart
    1. Sort descending / ascending by Y-axis based on a user selected metric 
(as it is in Time Series Bar Chart)
    2. Sort descending by X-axis
   
   For 1, by default (i.e when "sort by label" option is not selected) values 
are ordered by the first selected values. In the example above (first pic) , 
bars are ordered by "03 a 10 ans".  I wish they are ordered by the sum of the 
stacked values (as in the second pic).
   
   By the way, for stacked bar, would it be possible to add the option to 
display the value of each metric?
