After some investigation:
The handler used to exist. It was added in #2391 and working after the
frontend wiring fix in #3048. It was then deleted by #3314 ("Remove the
redundant dataset endpoints"), which removed ~998 lines from
`amber/.../DatasetResource.scala` including the renaming of the dataset. It
seems the bug has been latent since #3314 merged.
