### Task Summary The repo's \`DISCLAIMER\` (and verbatim copy at \`bin/single-node/DISCLAIMER\`) carries a second paragraph (lines 10–14) that is not part of the canonical ASF Incubator disclaimer template: > If you are planning to incorporate this work into your product/project, please be aware that you will need to conduct a thorough licensing review to determine the overall implications of including this work. For the current status of this project through the Apache Incubator, visit: https://incubator.apache.org/projects/texera.html The standard template (per [ASF Incubator policy](https://incubator.apache.org/policy/incubation.html#disclaimers)) is just the first paragraph. The earlier disclaimer/licensing cleanup in 47bb2e43b1e2fce66598188909905b8e66c1aa46 / #4288 (and follow-ups #4555) didn't trim this section. Trim both \`DISCLAIMER\` and \`bin/single-node/DISCLAIMER\` down to the canonical 8-line paragraph.
