### Task Summary `fs-extra` (10.0.1) is declared in `frontend/package.json` devDependencies but is never imported or referenced anywhere in the frontend: not in `src/`, `build-version.js`, `custom-webpack.config.js`, any config, or any npm script. It is dead manifest weight. Remove the declaration and regenerate `yarn.lock`.
