Added test coverage in `351fed2f` — `WorkflowExecutionServiceSpec` guards that a recorded fatal error surfaces as a `WorkflowErrorEvent` via the metadata-store handler (plus a state change → `WorkflowStateEvent`). 🙂 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
