Drift (transitive) in `amber/LICENSE-binary-python`: - anyio 4.13.0 → 4.14.0 - certifi 2026.5.20 → 2026.6.17 - click 8.4.1 → 8.4.2 - greenlet 3.5.1 → 3.5.2 - hpack 4.1.0 → 4.2.0 - huggingface-hub 1.19.0 → 1.20.1 - scipy 1.17.1 → 1.18.0 - scramp 1.4.8 → 1.4.9 - tqdm 4.68.2 → 4.68.3 Fix: refresh these versions via a PR on `main` with the `release/v1.2` label (the file is identical on both branches). These transitive versions drift as PyPI advances, so do the refresh right before cutting the next RC.
