Good point — opened #7488, which replaces this file with real unit tests instead of only deleting it: `PythonProxyServerSpec` and `PythonProxyClientSpec` cover the JVM side of the JVM↔Python Flight bridge (control/data/state/ECM routing, credit acks, connection retries) without needing a Python process, while the worker actor itself stays covered by the e2e tests.
