   ### What changes were proposed in this PR?

   Add six named presets and Default for selected operators. Persist them
through autosave, clipboard, JSON reload and coediting, with one undo step per
group edit. Active heat maps and disabled gray take precedence. Execution
payloads and borders stay unchanged.

   ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?

   Closes #8789

   Shares identical palette files with the comment-color draft. Their combined
behavior was checked locally.

   ### How was this PR tested?

   Local candidate checks: 6,376 unit tests passed with one existing skip, plus
32 Chromium cases. Production build, full source formatting, ESLint and license
audit passed.

   ```text
   node --max-old-space-size=8192 node_modules/@angular/cli/bin/ng.js run
gui:test-browser --watch=false --progress=false
   ```

   Chrome at 1707 by 979 and 480-pixel width on localhost: select operators,
use toolbar and context pickers, undo a group edit, copy, save and reimport.
Checked two clients, editing locks, malformed imports and all three performance
heat maps.

   These local checks preceded today's rebase onto upstream main 98d3d4b1ec.
Candidate changes are unchanged. Remote CI and the full operating-system matrix
are not claimed.

   Independent synthetic workflow.
