### Task Summary `OperatorDescriptorUtils.toImmutableMap` converts a `java.util.Map` to an immutable Scala `Map`, but no production code calls it. Only `OperatorDescriptorUtilsSpec` does. **Introduced by** #2439 (2024-03-05, "Schema propagation push down to PhysicalPlan"), as `AmberUtils.toImmutableMap`. Java operator descriptors used it to return their output schemas. #2667 (2024-05-16) moved it into `OperatorDescriptorUtils`. **Usage removed by** #3179 (2024-12-29, "Convert Java operator descriptors to Scala"). It rewrote the last Java callers (`TypeCastingOpDesc`, `PythonUDFSourceOpDescV2`, `RUDFSourceOpDesc`) in Scala, where the conversion is no longer needed. It has been dead for over twenty-one months.
