### Task Summary
`WorkflowCoverService.getCover` fetches a workflow's cover image with `GET
/workflow/{wid}/cover`, but no production code calls it any more. Only specs do.
**Introduced by** #5704 (2026-07-04, "feat(dashboard): add custom cover
image for workflow cards"), where each workflow card called it to load its own
cover.
**Usage removed by** #6280 (2026-07-13, "fix(workflow): include coverImage
in search and list API responses"). That PR fixed the N+1 fetch by putting the
cover on the search/list response (`entry.coverImageUrl`) and removed the
card's call.
It has been unused for nearly three months. The service's other methods
(`setCoverFromFile`, `clearCover`) are live and stay.
This is a pure deletion with no behaviour change.
