### Task Summary `operator-metadata.service.ts` declares two module-level constants that nothing reads: `addDictionaryAPIAddress` (`/api/resources/dictionary/`) and `getDictionaryAPIAddress` (`/api/upload/dictionary/`). **Introduced by** #696 (merged 2019-06-07, "Add saved project and dictionary upload components in user panel"). The adding commit is from 2018. **Usage removed by:** never used. The constants aren't exported, and no line has ever read them. Their URL strings appear nowhere else, and the backend has no route at either path.
