The click hint now shows only when nothing is selected, but the heading is
the same in both cases, so the reason is still not shown. I'd say "No operator
is selected." in one case and "This operator has no results yet." in the other.

Still open: a user who clicks the failed UDF sees an empty Console, and
these hints only show in the empty Result tab, which a selected UDF never shows.
