### Task Summary Part of #8800. These bundled images are other organisations' logos, or a photo, with no recorded source or licence. The Ant Design icons that come with `ng-zorro-antd` are already a dependency, so they add no new licence. Any third-party replacement goes into `LICENSE` and `frontend/LICENSE-binary`. The fix goes to `main` and is backported to `release/v1.3` and `release/v1.2`. Everything except `HuggingFace.png` and `jupyter-logo.svg` is also on `release/v1.2`. `jupyter-logo.svg` was removed from `main` in #8631, which was not backported, so it needs a separate fix on `release/v1.3`. There, `.licenserc.yaml` excludes it with the comment "see LICENSE file for attribution", but `LICENSE` has no entry for it.
