The "Code of Conduct" link in the site footer and the Apache navbar menu points to Apache Airflow's page (https://airflow.apache.org/code-of-conduct/), which looks like a leftover from the site template. That page explains how the ASF Code of Conduct applies to Airflow's Slack and meetups, so it doesn't fit Texera. This points the link at the ASF Code of Conduct itself, https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct, the same URL apache/texera links to. Changed in `data/{en,es,zh-ch}/apache_links.toml`. No other file references Airflow. Tested by building the site with Hugo 0.152.2 extended (the version in `publish-site.yml`): all 65 generated pages link to the ASF policy, and none link to airflow.apache.org.
