The input port's `AssignPortRequest` in `WorkerSpec` passed `List("")` for
`storageUris`, giving the port one (empty) storage URI where it should have
none. That violated `addPort`'s size invariant and produced an intermittent
timeout. This passes an empty `storageUris` list instead.
Issue: #6036
Supersedes #6037, which the stale bot auto-closed for inactivity. The branch
is now merged up to current `main`.
