   ### Feature Summary

The result panel shows one operator's result at a time, and only while
exactly one operator is selected. To compare two results, a user clicks back
and forth on the canvas, and the panel empties whenever the selection does. An
operator with two outputs, such as Split, can only ever show its first.

   ### Proposed Solution or Design

As settled in #8842: hovering an operator shows a small card with its first
rows. Pinning the card turns it into a window beside the operator with the full
result, and several windows can be open at once. An operator with more than one
output gets a tab per output in its window. The bottom panel keeps only the
console.

   ### The set, in order

   - [ ] 1. #9050, an operator with two outputs is paged by the wrong output's
row count. PR #9051
   - [ ] 2. (issue to come), reading the result of any output port, not only
the first.
   - [ ] 3. (issue to come), the hover preview and the pinned windows, with a
tab per output. Needs 2.
   - [ ] 4. (issue to come), the bottom panel keeps only the console. Needs 3,
so results stay reachable.
   - [ ] 5. (issue to come), the bottom panel docks 200px below the window.

   ### Affected Area

   Workflow UI, Workflow Engine (Amber)
