### Task Summary The current timeout for the merge queue's check jobs to pass is 45 minutes. This means if all of the jobs aren't running in 45minutes, the job is ejected from the queue (i.e. you can't merge). This is a real issue. Datafusion faced the same issue, and raised their limit to 6h: https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/26293/changes . We should try the same thing.
