The aim of this task would be to specify and develop a Desktop Notifier for
XWiki Watch. It would encompass such features as:
* Choose what filters you want to follow (a specific tag, flagged articles...)
* Choose the update & notification rythm (from 5 min up to 24h)
* Choose the behaviour (display a small square at the bottom / top right of the
screen, open in current / new tab...)
