Jesús Torres commented on XWIKI-1988: ------------------------------------- I thought it was not. The administration guide say: "Note that currently XWiki allows only one method of authentication to be enabled at a time which means you cannot implement policies such as if the user is not found in LDAP then check if he's in the XWiki database. This will probably be improved in the future." I tried to configure some wikis in virtual mode with different authentication method without some success. And I asked about it in the users mailing list with no answers. > A class for support more than one authentication method configured at same > time > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: XWIKI-1988 > URL: http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-1988 > Project: XWiki Platform > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: Admin, Authentication and Rights Management > Reporter: Jesús Torres > Fix For: 1.3 M1 > > Attachments: StackableAuthServiceImpl.java > > > I have tried to add support more than one authentication method configured at > same time making a class that implements > XWikiAuthService. The class read the stackable.authclasses parameter (in > xwiki.cfg) or stackable_authclasses property (in XWiki.XWikiPreferences). It > must be set to a colon separated list of authentication service classes that > will be tried in order during authentication. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira _______________________________________________ notifications mailing list notifications@xwiki.org http://lists.xwiki.org/mailman/listinfo/notifications
