Remove Finch and Dodo skin from the default distribution

3 reasons:
1) This will make the distribution smaller
2) The Dodo and Finch skins have not been well supported in the past so it's
better not to release them together with the new distributions as it seems to
imply they are fully supported
3) We will upload them onto the code zone as zip files for now (XAR in the
future)
