Guillaume updated XWATCH-41:
----------------------------

Summary: Adding Filters to the Portal (was: Portal Mode)
    Component/s: Wiki Integration
                     (was: Press Review)
    Description:
This is a refinement of the portal. The aim of this feature is twofold :

* On the reader side : users can save a set of filters (for instance "tag XE +
Keyword css + starred").
** Implementation : when an user likes a given set of filters, he can click on
a "save this filter" button. The user is asked to give this filter a name
** The list of existing filters is available in a select box at the top of the
filter column

* On the portal side
** On the portal home, the 10 last filters are displayed in a box.
** A "see all filters" link is available. It brings the user to a page listing
all existing filters
** When an user clicks on a filter name, he can see the page where articles
matching this filter are dynamically displayed

  was:
The aim would be to add a "portal" setting that people could choose to activate
to create a space where a list of articles generated from the press review
would be publicly available.

1) When the "portal" setting is activated all generated press reviews (PDF,
HTML, RSS) are public pages
