OK, merging wasn't as bad as I thought.
-05:
* fix the ruby issues with documentation
* merge and move test-patch-docker into core.d
** utilize yetuslib
** better console messaging
** vote table info when build fails
* rename the docker images that are built to be yetus instead of test-patch,
utilize tagging, etc
* add a secret env var to make docker non-destructive to help debugging
* better rm code to handling tagging resulted in some surprises: ubuntu/trusty
gets deleted and updated on a regular basis now which shows that yetus was
missing security updates!
