* autoconf now does a real distclean
* cmake now properly supports building off the base or using per-module builds
* modules_workers now supports @@@BASEDIR@@@@ and @@@MODULEDIR@@@ as
replaceable parameters on the command line
* i've removed mention of the git clean option to cleaning make in the usage
information for now. i'll revisit this later.
* buildtools can now manipulate the module list prior to the personality
getting a hold if it, primarily for cmake support but I could see ant using it
too
* removed some of the options to BUILDTOOLCWD since they just really won't work
yet
* re-arranging distclean a bit
