robots.txt unless you turn off robots.txt handling.

Cleanup section.
5. The "Community recommended checks" section is misformatting the test-patch
table output.

These were all formatting changes caused by YETUS-190. I've figured out how to
fix all of them except the link to headlines. Almost have it, I think.
