I went ahead and restored. We'll probably want to have a longer discussion
about EOL plans. I don't think there is any argument that we don't want people
to use 0.1.0, but there's the documentation, and the doap file, and, and, and...
The other thing is that we probably want to change the website versions file to
do things in reverse order. e.g., list 0.2.0 first, then 0.1.0.
