Resolution: Not A Problem
YETUS-992 and many follow-ons have enhanced Yetus to the point that if the CI
system has access, precommit can write to the necessary Github APIs with full
source annotations, etc. I don't see much value keeping this issue open given
that any further enhancement absolutely requires a hosted, live service.
Closing as 'Not a Problem'.
