I'm trying to introduce Yetus to Ambari's CI as GitHub Actions, and it seems
that there are a few differences between the document and the actual settings.
* [The default value of {{continuousimprovement}} is documented as
{{true}}|https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/0.14.0/precommit/robots/githubactions/],
but [the actual value is
{{false}}|https://github.com/apache/yetus-test-patch-action/blob/0.14.0/action.yml#L41].
* The default value of {{plugins}} seems to be updated from the document in
YETUS-889 and YETUS-1038.
* [The default value of {{--report-unknown-options}} is documented as
{{true}}|https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/0.14.0/precommit/robots/githubactions/],
but [the actual value is
{{false}}|https://github.com/apache/yetus-test-patch-action/blob/0.14.0/action.yml#L97].
Should we update the document, or fix the default values?
