Description:
Currently there is no way to pass toolchains.xml to maven with yetus. We only
have an option to supply a custom settings.xml for maven via
`--mvn-settings=<file>`
I would like to propose a feature which adds a new flag
`--mvn-toolchains=<file>` to allow us to support this usecase.
