I've tagged (and uploaded to Debian experimental) a second release candidate (numbered 1). The only non-doc difference from 0.22~rc0 is bfd8100 (emacs: Don't indent multipart sub-parts during reply). If you have any NEWS changes, please let me know within the next 24 hours or so. d
