Mails with empty body produced the following output:
  "body": [{"id": 1, "content-type": "text/plain", "content": (null)}]
The (null) is not valid JSON syntax.

This patch changes the output to:
  "body": [{"id": 1, "content-type": "text/plain", "content": ""}]
