I was approved a trivial patch lp:~vishvananda/nova/instance_time and assumed it would be merged once the branch pre-requistites were merged.
Apparently I was wrong and it went ahead and merged it before scheduler & quota were merged. Should we back it out or do post merge reviews? Sorry!
