Hi, In the attached file the packet in messages have an empty data field. Without seeing the incoming frames, the switch application cannot determine the MAC address of the sender.

Simple L2 forwarding Application "switch" seems to be not working. Please find the attachment for topology. I am trying to ping host A to Host B so that the switch forwards to NOX using Packet In. This seems to be fine but I observed NOX is not replying with any FLOW_MOD. Note : How ever initially when the openvswitch connects to the NOX an initial FLOW_MOD was sent by controller to remove the flow entries. Should I have try with any other application? I used ./nox_core -v -i ptcp:6633 switch Please find the packet capture attached. Kindly Suggest.
