This is done in a C/C++ file.  Anyway, what about running NOX in
non-verbose mode.  For the component you want verbosity, try

./nox_core --verbose="x:ANY:DBG" --verbose="y":ANY:DBG" x y

This will put only x and y in verbose mode.
