[nox-dev] how to use the install_datapath_flow function to set the static forwarding table

Hello! Now I have such a network:

    s7          s8
     | \          /|
     |     \ /     |
     |  /       \  |
    s5          s6
    /   \         /  \
   h1  h2     h3  h4

I want to set a forwarding table in each switch  to prevent loop. What can I
do to achieve it?
I use the mininet environoment for  test. I don't know how to specify dpid
of every switch  because the dpid seems not fixed.
